Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on size, and you will receive tracking information for each item.

Multiple Items

We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. Some items may ship separately depending on size or fulfillment timing. You will be notified via email when each item ships.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.

Important Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, resulting in a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer is responsible for the loss. Kivoo will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Kivoo. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
